Marriage is a crucial social institution and each individual wants to possess an ideal match. crazy marriages, individuals choose partners on their own, while just in case of arranged marriages, partners are being chosen by the family. However, we all know that an excellent marriage isn't when the ‘perfect couple’ comes together. it's when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences, be it love marriage or an arranged one.

Love marriage

– Both individuals know one another already and mutually plan to spend the entire life with one another .

– Couple is liable for its choice and onus of the blame in future lies on the couple only and no-one else.

– Couple is conscious of each other’s likes and dislikes. Therefore, they get along well.

– Such couples can help eradicate social evils like dowry with their mutual consent because they need the independence to require such decisions at their own level.

– Extravagant spending too, are often curbed through understanding between the couple.

Arranged marriage

– Arranged marriage isn't a contract between two individuals alone but a confluence of two families.

– Two families involved in arranged marriages evaluate one another and marriages happen only the 2 families are compatible with one another .

– Because there are more people involved in arranged marriage, the conflict between the couple are going to be effectively resolved or mitigated.

– In arranged marriages, couple is guided by parents whereas crazy marriages couple might not be during a position to assess the longer term complexities in life which will arise.

Conclusion

Both – the love and therefore the arranged marriages – have their merits also as demerits and marriage may be a decision of lifetime. Though families are involved in most of the marriages, yet it’s the couple who has got to live together for lifetime. So, the choice to settle on life partner should be left to the individuals. Ultimately, nobody can certify the simplest way for an ideal marriage because a bit like life, marriages too are filled with uncertainties.

And, remember that the success rate of marriage doesn’t depend on whether it had been arranged or not but rather on how the 2 people understand one another .
